Bosnia and Herzegovina's presidency meets Ambassador Hartmann

A member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Denis Be irovi spoke with the Ambassador of the Republic of Austria to Bosnia and Herzegovina, Ulrike Hartmann, about the European path of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and about a number of bilateral and multilateral issues.

At the meeting, it was stated that there were no open issues between the two countries and mutual interest in intensifying political, institutional and economic cooperation was expressed.

Be irovi thanked Ambassador Hartmann for Austria's strong support for the granting of candidate status to Bosnia and Herzegovina for membership in the European Union.

He also welcomed the role of the Republic of Austria in terms of internal stability and security of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the participation of the Austrian contingent in the EUFOR ALTHEA Mission.

The two emphasized good economic cooperation between the two countries, as well as developed trade relations.

The mutual economic relations should be strengthened, considering the already existing great potential, according to Beirovi.

Ambassador Hartmann stated that the Republic of Austria will continue to support Bosnia and Herzegovina's accelerated path to membership in the European Union, as stated by the BiH Presidency.
