This seventh-floor corner unit in the Richard Meier-designed Surf Club Four Seasons Residences has been redesigned and is fully furnished.
Most of the Surf Club units have been untouched by the developer since they bought them from the developer when the building went up in 2017 said Jaclyn Bild, of Douglas Elliman. This one was completely redesigned and made one of a kind with a new floor plan. As part of the redesign, the owner removed one of the corner bedrooms so that when you come in you have a very expansive view of the ocean because of the wide glass-panel windows, she said. You can see up the whole coast. The four-bedroom unit in the north tower is one of the largest units in the Surf Club complex, with a particularly large balcony, according to Ms. Bild.
She said it was a great space to entertain. You have all of the amenities and services of the Four Seasons. A curvaceous pattern emulating the waves of the ocean flows across the ceilings is seen in the common spaces. Other architectural details include the travertine floors, high ceilings, bronze door hardware throughout, custom faux painted walls, motorized window treatments and Lutron lighting.
The unit comes with a temperature-controlled two-car garage, as well as a private elevator and a private foyer.
The open-plan living room has a wraparound balcony, a fully motorized screen and projector with a drop-down screen. There is also a full-service curved bar in the shape of a wave with backlit glass shelves and a recessed TV hidden in the countertop.
A hidden door behind the powder room leads to a full shower suite to wash away the surf and sand before you enter the main living spaces.

The new Eggersmann German kitchen features Wolf, Sub-Zero and Miele appliances, a stone-clad island and a tucked-away coffee bar and appliance pantry.
The condo has two primary bedroom suites, one of which has private access to a home office. Both suites have bathrooms with heated stone floors, freestanding stone tubs and stone-clad vanities.
Ms. Bild said everything is fully furnished. Everything has been accessorized with throws and pillows and decorative accessories on the coffee table. The 5,321 square-foot condo has four bedrooms, four full bathrooms and one partial bathroom. There is more than 2,000 square feet of balcony space.
The amenities include concierge and housekeeping services, a private beach club, cabanas, multiple pools and restaurants, and a spa.

The 9 acre Surf Club complex is a few blocks from the Bal Harbour mall and the city of Surfside, which has boutiques and high-end restaurants, Ms. Bild said.
