Kri to expressed gratitude to the NATO headquarters in Sarajevo for the continued support of Bosnia and Herzegovina in the reform of the defense sector, the integration process, and the contribution to the general security and stability of BiH.
She stated that cooperation with the NATO headquarters has been extremely important for Bosnia and Herzegovina and that full membership in NATO remains one of the key foreign policy priorities of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
During the meeting, the two officials emphasised the importance of the continuation of the development and modernization program of the Armed Forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina as well as the continuation of Bosnia and Herzegovina's participation in joint peace operations with NATO members.
The commander of the NATO headquarters in Sarajevo congratulated Borjana Kri on her appointment and expressed belief in the further strengthening of cooperation between Bosnia and Herzegovina and NATO, according to the Council of Ministers of BiH.
