Bos and Herzegovina to review constitutional changes

The Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina will review the amendments to the Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the amendments to the election law of Bosnia and Herzegovina in a two-day session starting on October 2 and will be imposed on the election night of October 2 by the high representative in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The constitutionality assessment was requested by members of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina eljko Kom i and efik D aferovi, who at the time of the request were the chairman of the BiH Presidency.

In his request, Kom i stated that these are unconstitutional measures, the application of which can cause irreparable damage, while D aferovi requested a determination of their non-compliance with the Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, at its plenary session on December 1 and 2, rejected the proposal for the adoption of a temporary measure and postponed the decision on the merits of the case.
