Emza Fazli, a spokeswoman for the Institute for Missing Persons of BiHInstitute for Missing Persons of BiH, told FENA that after the exhumation, remains were transferred to the Commemorative and Identification Center in ejkova a, for forensic-medical and criminal-technical processing, as well as the extraction of bone samples in order to determine the identity of the victim using the DNA method.

The exhumation was carried out by the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina and under the supervision of the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

According to the Institute for Missing Persons BiHInstitute for Missing Persons BiH, it is most likely that a victim of Bosniak nationality was killed in the summer of 1992 in this township.

Emza Fazli, a spokeswoman for the Institute for Missing Persons of BiHInstitute for Missing Persons of BiH, told FENA that the employees of the Institute were informed that the remains were found in the Arakovo eger Potok location, after the owner of the site came across bones partially buried in the ground and partly on the surface of the field while cleaning his property.

The Institute's investigators immediately went to the field and determined that the remains were of human origin, after which a request for exhumation was sent to the BiH Prosecutor's Office.
