Armin Berberovi, who killed a woman and injured two other pedestrians in Sarajevo last night, has been transferred to the Sarajevo Canton Prosecutor's Office.
The accident happened in the Marijin Dvor neighborhood of Sarajevo late last night.
In addition, Berberovi was arrested immediately after the investigation, and it was determined that at the time of the traffic accident, he had 0.41 per million alcohol in his blood and that he was driving faster than the limit. It was also determined that he did not have a driver's license.
After processing, he was transferred within the legal term to the jurisdiction of the Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
After the investigation, the duty prosecutor will decide what measures he will request from the court within 24 hours.
An informal group of citizens has announced they are planning a gathering at the accident site tomorrow at 6 p.m.
