The move would be the biggest flotation of the country this year and could see We Soda enter the FTSE 100 index.

We Soda's chief executive, Alasdair Warren, told BBC's Today programme it had chosen the UK because it felt the London market was one that would well understand our business. Electric vehicles use solar panels and batteries.
