Bosnia and Herzegovina's Presidency receives COWEB working group

Denis Be irovi, a member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, received today the COWEB working group in the Council of the European Union for the Western Balkans region.

The working group for the Western Balkans region is responsible for EU relations with the region and deals with general political and economic development and SAP with the EU.

The working group is composed of representatives of all 27 EU member states and today's working group chaired by Antoni Adamovic from the European External Action Service EEAS today, at the meeting with the member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Be irovi informed the delegation members about the very clear strategic foreign policy goals of Bosnia and Herzegovina, namely full membership in the EU and NATO and good regional cooperation. The delegation had a particular interest in the views of the Bosnia and Herzegovina member of the Presidency, Be irovi, on the secessionist statements of the president of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The imeachment of judges from among the Serbian people and the law on non-governmental organizations in that entity, as well as changes to laws in the domain of criminal law, has been criticized by the government of the constitutional court of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
