Cannabis Media Council releases report on Responsible Use

Full Spectrum: Guidelines for Responsible Use, which is the first report outlining the association's recommendations for cannabis advertising, has been released by the Cannabis Media Council. The guidelines, which are to be updated annually, aim to establish an industry standard, inform paid advertising and marketing activity by publishers, agencies, and advertisers working with the cannabis industry, and provide a focal point for responsible advertisement placement and content. The report contains seven pillars encompassing what the Cannabis Media Council recommends:

Rachel Boykins, the founding chairman of Cannabis Media Council, led the creation of the report. As legalization and curiosity increase, the cannabis industry is rapidly expanding, so we must evolve to support this influx of new users.
