Aerial images have revealed the impact of an industrial estate fire that destroyed more than 40 businesses.
More than 15 fire crews responded to the blaze off London Road in Baldock on Tuesday, at about 18: 15 BST.
The fire service said it believed the fire started accidentally in the north-east area near a tower and spread rapidly and ferociously throughout the estate.
The director of London 24, which was due to open in two weeks' time, said the fire had a devastating effect on the mental health of business owners.
It is believed that Kareem Kamil and his business partner had lost their lives savings in the incident.
Being weeks away from opening and then get everything just torn from us is a bit of a shock mentally, Mr Day said.
It's not just the work we've put in here, it's the work we've done through out our lives to get to this stage. But Kamil also said, everything has gone to ashes and he 100% feared for my life.
