Bosnia and Herzegovina sets up fiscal laws

The government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina has developed a set of fiscal laws that can facilitate business in this sector while enabling a higher standard for citizens.

After analysis and discussion with employers and economic experts, a reduction in the salary contribution rate has been proposed, which should be around 30 percent, according to the available information.

The government wants to encourage employers to reduce the reduction to workers' wages, but it also wants to encourage employees to divert the difference.

At the same time, the minimum wage would be increased to 1.000 BAM, which has long been a demand of trade unions in FBiH.

Online fiscalization will be a challenge for the government to fill budget holes that will eventually appear due to the reduction of levies, and one of the options that are being considered is online fiscalization.
