Chandrababu Naidu to be sworn in as Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister

Telugu Desam Party (TDP) chief Chandrababu Naidu will be sworn in as the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh on June 12 at 11:27 am. The ceremony will take place at the Indira Gandhi Municipal Stadium in Vijayawada.

Naidu's swearing-in ceremony comes after the NDA alliance, which includes the TDP, BJP, and Jana Sena Party, secured a landslide victory in the recent Andhra Pradesh assembly elections. The alliance won 164 out of the 175 seats in the assembly, with the TDP winning 135 seats, the Jana Sena Party winning 21 seats, and the BJP winning 8 seats.

Naidu has acknowledged the role of Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the NDA's victory. He said that Modi's dedicated efforts and tireless campaigning played a key role in the alliance's success.

The swearing-in ceremony is expected to be attended by a large number of dignitaries, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi, BJP president Amit Shah, and other senior leaders from the NDA alliance.
