Prime Minister Narendra Modi Files Nomination Papers for Varanasi Lok Sabha Seat

Prime Minister Narendra Modi officially submitted his nomination papers from the Varanasi Lok Sabha seat, a move that marks his bid for a third term representing the constituency. During the nomination ceremony, several prominent NDA leaders, such as Union ministers and chief ministers, were present to extend their support for Modi's candidacy. Among those present was Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, while Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar was notably absent due to health reasons.

Sporting a white kurta-pajama paired with a blue sadri, Modi arrived at the district collectorate after participating in an aarti on the banks of the Ganga and offering prayers at the Kaal Bhairav temple in Varanasi. Following the nomination filing, the Prime Minister addressed local party members at the Rudraksha Convention Centre, where he urged them to raise awareness about the BJP's initiatives and schemes. Modi also highlighted the increasing voter turnout in each polling booth since the abrogation of Article 370, emphasizing the significance of public participation in the democratic process.

Expressing gratitude for the opportunity to serve Varanasi, Modi underscored the achievements made during his tenure as the constituency's representative. Through social media, the Prime Minister shared his commitment to the historic constituency and acknowledged the collective efforts of NDA allies towards national progress.
