Among those present was Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, while Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar was notably missing due to health concerns. Modi, clad in a white kurta-pajama and blue sadri, began the day with religious rituals, including an aarti on the banks of the Ganga and prayers at the city's Kaal Bhairav temple.

Post-nomination, PM Modi addressed party members at the Rudraksha Convention Centre, urging them to raise awareness about BJP's initiatives and emphasizing the increase in voter turnout at each polling booth post the abrogation of Article 370. Taking to social media, Modi expressed his pride in representing Varanasi, highlighted the progress achieved during his leadership, and appreciated the united commitment of NDA allies to the nation's advancement.
