An Immersive Experience at Osaka-Kansai Expo 2025
Get ready to step into the world of Monster Hunter at the Osaka-Kansai Expo 2025! The Monster Hunter Bridge attraction, located within the XD Hall of the Osaka Healthcare Pavilion, will offer an immersive experience for fans and newcomers alike.
Equipped with special devices featuring speakers and augmented-reality glasses, visitors will be transported into a cylindrical theater where the walls, ceiling, and floor come alive with projected footage. This five-meter-high, 12-meter-diameter theater will become a portal to the Monster Hunter universe.
"We are developing a show that can be enjoyed by both those who know Monster Hunter and those who don't," said Kaname Fujioka, a development director at Capcom.
The attraction is open to visitors aged 7 and above, and entry is free for expo admission ticket holders. This exciting collaboration between Capcom and the Osaka prefectural and municipal governments promises to be a highlight of the expo.
"We hope to present a future to the world through content that utilizes our technology and global brand."
At the program announcement event, actress Haru, a devoted Monster Hunter fan, interacted with the still-under-development footage, fist-bumping iconic Monster Hunter characters. "I'm excited to see what kind of world will appear," she shared.
The Monster Hunter Bridge promises to be an unforgettable experience, blurring the lines between reality and the fantastical world of Monster Hunter. So, prepare to embark on an exciting adventure at the Osaka-Kansai Expo 2025!
