Vance Unleashes Scathing Critique of Biden Administration in Debate Closing Statement

Republican vice presidential nominee Sen. JD Vance concluded the first and only debate against his Democratic counterpart, Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz, by criticizing the policies implemented during the Biden administration.

Vance, the senator from Ohio, stated in his closing statement at the CBS News-hosted debate that he believes all Americans should be able to afford basic necessities like heat, housing, and food. He attributed the increased difficulty in achieving these necessities to the policies of Vice President Kamala Harris.

Vance highlighted that Harris has proposed numerous policies she intends to implement on her first day in office, despite having served as vice president for three and a half years. He emphasized that "Day one was 1,400 days ago" and that Harris' policies have exacerbated existing problems.

Vance concluded by warning viewers that they will not be able to achieve the American dream if they elect Harris president in November. He urged voters to support President Donald Trump, stating that "We need change. We need a new direction. We need a president who has already done this once before and did it well.
