ITN Challenges 2024 Election Results, Citing Irregularities in 52 Polling Stations

ITN Submits Complaint to Annul Partial Election Results

The political party There Is Such a People (ITN) has filed a complaint with the Constitutional Court seeking the partial annulment of the parliamentary elections held on October 27, 2024. The complaint, supported by 67 signatures, alleges irregularities in 52 polling stations across the country.

ITN parliamentary group chairman Toshko Yordanov announced the complaint at a press conference in the National Assembly building. He stated that the signatures belonged to MPs from various parties, including We Continue the Change/Democratic Bulgaria (PP/DB), the Alliance for Rights and Freedoms affiliated with Ahmed Dogan, and some members of the Velichie parliamentary group.

Absence of video surveillance.

ITN has submitted evidence of these alleged violations to the Court of Cassation. The party is seeking the annulment of the election results in the affected polling stations.
