Adani Portfolio Sees Strong Growth in First Half of FY25
The Adani Group's portfolio of companies has reported impressive results for the first half of the current fiscal year (H1 FY25) and the preceding twelve months (TTM). The portfolio companies' investments reached a record-high of Rs 75,277 crore during H1 FY25, leading to a new peak in gross total assets of Rs 5.53 lakh crore. This significant growth is attributed to Adani's strategic focus on its infrastructure platform, which offers stability and predictability.
EBITDA Growth: EBITDA for H1 FY25 reached Rs 44,212 crore, representing a 1.2% year-on-year increase. TTM EBITDA also saw a significant rise of 17.1% to Rs 83,440 crore.
Adani Enterprises' emerging infrastructure businesses, including solar and wind manufacturing, airports, and roads, were the primary drivers of growth in H1 FY25, with a 70.14% year-on-year increase in EBITDA.
All portfolio companies have sufficient liquidity to cover debt servicing requirements for at least the next 12 months.
FFO for the 12-month period ending September 2024 rose to Rs 58,908 crore, reflecting a 28.4% year-on-year increase.
