Balenciaga is selling the world's most expensive trash bag and creating a lot of buzz on social media.
It is called the Trash Pouch and its price tag is nearly $1,800.
The bag was part of the designer's Winter Show, which included enlarged and exaggerated accessories, according to the luxury fashion brand's website.
The brand didn't reveal much about the bag online aside from the fact that a trash bag inspired it.
Why is the price hefty? According to the New York Post, it is made of calfskin leather and sports the brand's logo. It comes in a variety of colors, including black, white, blue and yellow.
Its debut caused a lot of discussion on Twitter, with some users saying the brand, known for its outlandish creations, is a social experiment.
