The Prosecutor's Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina BiH said that the team of prosecutors will check all the allegations made by the United States U.S. authorities about the prosecutor Diana Kajmakovic's connection with criminal organizations.
A case has already been opened at the Prosecutor's Office of BiH, in which a team of prosecutors are investigating the prosecution's possible connection with certain criminal groups and their activities. He stated that additional checks would be carried out in relation to the allegations that have been announced, which concern the placement of the prosecutor Diana Kajmakovic on the U.S. blacklist.
In the beginning of the year, a special case was opened, in which all the persons who are on the sanctions lists of all countries, including the U.S. were opened, according to Kajganic.
In that case, the Prosecutor's Office of BiH together with colleagues from the U.S. carries out checks and looks for evidence of possible criminal activities. He adds that we will do the same in this case.
