
The complex border in Northern Ireland and the fishing licences for EU vessels in UK waters are locked in a dispute between London and Brussels. Lord Frost and his EU counterpart Maros Sefcovic held talks on Friday and admitted that significant gaps still remain on the Northern Ireland Protocol - created to prevent a hard border.
