- Andrew Cuomo, an appointed president of the Assembly Judiciary Committee, who is weighing whether to initiate impeachment proceedings against Governor New York, said its investigation is nearly complete.

The Judiciary Committee is scheduled to meet in Albany on Aug. 9, 2008.

The team collected more than 100k pages of documents, including emails, texts, letter documents, photos, contracts and transcripts.
The State Attorney General's Office, which conducted a separate investigation, released a report this week that Cuomo had sexually harassed 11 women, including former and current state employees.
