Myanmar ex-leader Suu Kyi gets first verdict in trial

Dec 6 Reuters - Myanmar's former leader Aung San Suu Kyi was due on Monday to hear the first verdicts in her trial, 10 months after the military overthrew her elected government and arrested its leadership.

The junta has tight control of information about the behind-closed doors trial and has imposed a gag order on Suu Kyi's legal team.

The following is a summary of cases against her, based on information available to Reuters. Suu Kyi, 76, denied all charges.

During her campaign in September 2020 Natural Disaster Management Law, Article 25 2 cases, maximum 3 years in prison for each of the breaches of coronaviruses were all covered by a breach by the coronaviruses.
