Prime Minister Narendra Modi met with Foxconn chairman Young Liu on Thursday and welcomed the company's plans to expand its electronics manufacturing capacity in India.

He said that our push for EV manufacturing is in line with our commitment to Net Zero Emission.
Taiwanese major Foxconn is reportedly planning to set up an electric vehicle manufacturing unit in India.
