That s the top end of the range of $7.50 to $10.50 per share proposed to investors, the company said in a statement on Monday. The Bookbuilding process is expected to be finished around Oct 26 with the final price announced the next day.

Shareholders, including Da Vinci Capital and Zubr Capital, are expected to sell additional general depository receipts or GDRs equal to as much as 15% of the total number of GDRs being sold in connection with the over-allotment option.

The GDRs trade on the Moscow Exchange secondary market for listed securities with a main listing on London Stock Exchange.
