There is a safe door secured by facial recognition technology, and there is a gated entry and certain areas in the house such as the wine cellar and garage doors require fingerprint recognition to open. This security technology is of a very high standard that we don't see often in this area, said Mr. de Kerchove.
The home generates its own gas-powered electricity, according to Mr. de Kerchove, and all the systems in the house are controlled by app, including lighting, sound and temperature.
The property also has an office, a 12 meter outdoor swimming pool and a huge attic playroom which could also function as a very large guest bedroom as well as indoor parking for four cars, between two separate two-car garages.

Tervuren is located in the beautiful Hoogvorst s area of east Brussels and is the closest affluent suburb to Brussels and benefits from being very well served by transportation links.

Every morning, you see all the local kids walking to school.
