It s the only building that checks all of the boxes if you want this balance of location, amenities and exclusivity, said Mr. Zand says. The 3,922 square foot penthouse has two bedrooms, a den-office, two partial bathrooms and one full bathroom.
Waldorf Astoria residents have their own elevator, concierge and valet parking, with access to hotel pool, spa, in-room dining and fitness center.
