This new-construction spec house in the 2,136-acre Clear Creek Tahoe resort community overlooks the fourth green of the luxury resort's golf course.

Two of the bedrooms, including the primary suite, are on the ground floor, with another two bedrooms upstairs, along with a living space.
The home has high ceilings, smart home technology and lots of floor-to- ceiling glass walls and windows.
Clear Creek Tahoe will have 384 homes when it's fully built out, Ms. Chase said. There are 35 completed homes, 55 under construction and another 85 in the design review process. She said there were still 70 lots to release. Ms. Chase said people are attracted to the community because it resonates with the whole family. It is not just centered around golf. There is nothing like it in northern Nevada. She said the resort is located at an elevation of 5,500 feet. We are right at the snow line. We only get 2 to 3 feet of snow the entire season. The 4,330 square-foot house has four bedrooms, five full bathrooms and one partial bathroom. It is situated on a 1.83 acre lot.
Golf, tennis courts, a new clubhouse with indoor and outdoor dining, a wellness and fitness center and on-site hiking trails are some of the amenities that are included.
The resort's Twin Pines Lake and Ski House is located about 19 miles from the site, Ms. Chase said.
She said that it is very touristy in Lake Tahoe in the summer. It is nice to have your own private place to visit. Clear Creek Tahoe is a gated private community located on the slopes of the Carson Mountain Range between Carson City and Lake Tahoe, according to Ms. Chase.
She said it is less than 15 minutes to downtown Carson City and about 45 minutes to the Reno Tahoe airport.
She said that all of your shopping is within 10 minutes.
