The areas likely to see this support include Leicester, Bolton, Luton, Blackburn and Darwen, Bradford, Rochdale, Slough, Bristol, Peterborough, Oldham, Kirklees, Preston, Hartlepool, Tameside, Middlesbrough, Burnley, Manchester and Hyndburn. Leicester, Bolton, Darwen and Blackburn are poised to receive this Plan B ETA assistance in a matter of days.
