Xech to launch the Xiaomi 11 T Pro on January 19

When Xiaomi launched the Xiaomi 11 series in India last week, CEO Manu Jain said that the company had more plans to bring in their proprietary 120 W HyperCharge technology to more devices. The device will come with the 120 W Hypercharge technology that made its debut in India with the Xiaomi 11 i HyperCharge, and Xiaomi will launch the 11 T Pro in India on January 19 at 12 noon.

The Xiaomi 11 T Pro is expected to be a mid-premium offering and has already been launched in China and Europe. That gives us an insight into the specs and features of the phone.

The Xiaomi 11 T Pro, which was launched in China and Europe, has a 6.67 inch AMOLED display with a 120 Hz refresh rate. It has Xiaomi AdaptiveSync tech that dynamically adjusts the screen refresh rate based on screen content.

The phone should have the Snapdragon 888 under the hood and a 5,000mAh battery with 120 W HyperCharge support. The battery can be powered up to a 100 per cent in just 17 minutes, according to the company.

The Xiaomi 11 T Pro has a triple camera setup on the rear, with a primary sensor 108 MP, 8 MP ultra-wide camera and a tele-macro lens. There is a support for 8 K video, HDR 10 and the AudioZoom feature that allows the phone to capture audio from a longer distance. There is a 16 MP camera on the front for selfies and videocalls. It has a side-mounted fingerprint scanner as well.

The specs on the Xiaomi 11 T Pro and Xiaomi 11 i HyperCharge are the same, but they differ on battery size and the SoC used. The Xiaomi 11 i HyperCharge has a 4,500mAh battery compared to the 5,000mAh one on the Xiaomi 11 T Pro. The upcoming Xiaomi 11 i HyperCharge is powered by the MediaTek DimensityG SoC instead of the Snapdragon 888.

In India, Xiaomi is expected to bring the same specs on the Xiaomi 11 T Pro. The India prices should be around that amount, because the device sold for 649 euros, or Rs 56,400 approx., for the 8 GB 128 GB variant.
