Mayawati Justifies BSP's Solo Fight in Lok Sabha Polls, Raises Concerns About BJP and EVMs

## Mayawati's Address at Poll Rally

Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) chief Mayawati addressed a poll rally on Friday, outlining her party's stance on alliances and the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.

Mayawati stated that the BSP chose not to ally with either the ruling BJP or the opposition Congress, citing their history of betraying citizens and presenting weak manifestos. She emphasized the BSP's reliance on the support of Dalits, tribals, Other Backward Classes, and Muslims in the upcoming elections.

The former Uttar Pradesh chief minister criticized the Congress for its "casteist and capitalist approach" during its rule, highlighting the discrepancy between their words and actions. She also expressed concerns about the BJP's unfulfilled promises and the potential for electoral manipulation through Electronic Voting Machines (EVMs).

Mayawati alleged that the BJP government's support for the private sector undermines reservation policies. She concluded by highlighting the BSP candidate Abhishek Patel's contest against BJP's Janardan Mishra and Congress' Neelam Mishra in the Lok Sabha elections.
