Furthermore, Modi outlined the BJP government's plans to elevate India's global standing by hosting the Olympics and transforming Goa into an international conference hub. He also highlighted specific initiatives to benefit fisherfolk, including an increase in insurance coverage. In his address, Modi criticized the opposition, particularly the Congress, accusing them of advocating for regressive policies like the restoration of Article 370 and proposing a substantial inheritance tax. The Prime Minister used strong language to condemn the Congress party's alleged schemes, making references to their purported wealth distribution programs and casting them as detrimental to the welfare of the people.
