Assassin's Creed Mirage Arrives on iOS and iPadOS

Ubisoft has announced that Assassin's Creed Mirage will be released on iOS and iPadOS on June 6th. This marks a significant milestone as it will be the first time an Assassin's Creed title originally designed for consoles and PC will be available natively on Apple's mobile platforms.

Developed by Ubisoft Sofia, the game promises optimized touch controls alongside support for external controllers such as the Backbone One, catering to a variety of play preferences. Players can enjoy a 90-minute free trial before needing to purchase the full version for $49.99. This freemium model allows players to experience the game before committing to a purchase.

Ubisoft has also implemented cross-save and cross-ownership functionality, enabling players to seamlessly transition and continue their gameplay between iPhone and iPad devices. This eliminates the need to repurchase the game on different platforms and ensures a consistent experience across Apple devices.

The release of Assassin's Creed Mirage coincides with Apple's Wonderlust event, where the iPhone 15 Pro series was unveiled, boasting the powerful A17 Pro chip. This chip is designed to deliver console-quality gaming experiences on mobile devices, emphasizing Apple's commitment to gaming on its platforms.
