WASHINGTON — The Supreme Court confirmed on Tuesday that the draft opinion suggests that there are enough justices to overturn Roe v. Wade.

The high court said that while the document is authentic, it does not represent a decision by the court or the final position of any member on the issues in the case. The statement stated that justices are routinely allowed to circulate opinions internally.

Chief Justice John Roberts said that the court's confidences would not succeed if this betrayal of the integrity of our operations was intended to undermine the integrity of our operations.
