China, Montenegro enjoy traditional friendship

Montenegro s newly elected prime minister Dritan Abazovic addresses the parliament in Cetinje on April 28, 2022. In a congratulatory message, Li said that both China and Montenegro enjoy traditional friendship.

He said that practical cooperation, including infrastructure construction, has yielded fruitful results, bringing tangible benefits to people of the two countries, because of the joint efforts of both sides.

In the face of the COVID-19 epidemic, the two sides have joined hands to fight the epidemic and their traditional friendship has been deepened, Li said.

Li is willing to work together with Abazovic to consolidate the political mutual trust between the two countries, to deepen mutually beneficial cooperation, and promote friendly and cooperative relations between China and Montenegro to achieve greater development.
