The 16-story Tangram House West condo tower designed by architect Jean-Gabriel Neukomm has 105 residences studios and one and two-bedroom units and 27 penthouses one to four-bedroom units It is a mixed-use development in the heart of downtown Flushing that offers retail, residential, office and hotel space.
The listing agent Eunice Chen, a sales associate with F&T Group, said the project is in partnership with SCG America and is a first for Flushing. The outdoor spaces and the Manhattan views are what makes this unit the most special. She said the roof deck, which has a built-in barbecue area with a Wolf gas range grill set, is very private. There is no one overlooking your terrace. She said the penthouses should be completed by the end of the summer, and the construction is complete on the lower floors of the building.

When you come into the penthouse, the first thing you see are the windows facing Manhattan, Ms. Chen said. The apartment is light and has a lot of light. The open plan living room has sitting and dining areas, and the custom kitchen has Miele appliances, stainless-steel sinks and faucets, Italian cabinetry from Doimo and Italian stone countertops and backsplash.
Other design details in the 15th floor unit include a built-in gas fireplace in the living room, French oak floors, floor-to- ceiling double-paned glass walls with privacy tinting, 10 foot ceilings and a Miele washer and dryer in a laundry closet tucked under the staircase to the roof, according to the listing.
The main bedroom suite, which is in a separate wing, has open views of Manhattan. The five-piece primary bathroom features a Toto bidet toilet, double vanities, a standing shower, a soaking bathtub and radiant floor heating.
Ms. Chen said that the penthouses have better finishes than the other units. Everything is a little bit nicer. The 2,156 square foot home has three bedrooms, three full bathrooms and one partial bathroom. There is also 1,213 square feet of exterior space.
The building amenities include an indoor heated swimming pool, tennis courts, a spa, a Himalayan salt room, a sauna, a yoga room, 1.5 acre walking gardens, a dog park, a lounge, a party room and a children's playroom.
The development also includes Regal Cinemas 4 DX movie theater, a shopping mall, restaurants and a 208-key Renaissance hotel.
Ms. Chen said that most people love Flushing because of its accessibility. There are hundreds of restaurants and good shops. She said it is becoming more touristy. There are so many hotels here and the airports are so close. Write to Listing of the Day
