Huawei reports 5 pc growth in revenue

In the first half of 2022, the Chinese tech giant's revenue reached 301.6 billion yuan, which is a net profit margin of 5 percent, according to the company's semiannual report released on Friday.

The carrier business revenue reached 142.7 billion yuan, the revenue from the enterprise business was 54.7 billion yuan and device business revenue hit 101.3 billion yuan.

Ken Hu, the rotating chairman of Huawei, said that our ICT infrastructure business continued to grow while our device business was heavily impacted.
