TWTR Shares of the social network edged higher in premarket trading Tuesday after the legal battle between Elon Musk and Twitter continued to hold surprises. Lawyers from both parties are going to issue several pending requests for information ahead of the October trial that will determine whether the multibillionaire will carry on his bid to buy the social media company for $44 billion.
