Rick Perry warns against energy dependence on Hurricane Ian

Rick Perry, former Energy Secretary, warned against America becoming energy dependent on Hurricane Ian, as oil companies are forced to evacuate workers off the coast of Florida. Perry said that the Biden administration took a real chance by pulling oil from strategic reserves to stir the economy and allowing Russia to activate the Nord Stream 2 pipeline.
