CNA wins the title of sustainability award

CNA reporter Lisha Rodney looked at how the industry is going beyond swap meets and up-cycling in its pursuit of sustainability with this year's winning entry spotlighting how technology is helping Singapore's fashion industry.

The Singapore-based media company shared the top honours with KBS South Korea in the category.

The newsworthiness of the issue was assessed among the six nominees in the category. They were judged on the quality of the information, the completeness of the information, and the impact and awareness created.

Last year, CNA won for its coverage of declining biodiversity in Singapore.
