The creator of Doge coin 'half detached,' says he's not mad'

In an open letter on Reddit this week, Billy Markus, co-founder of DOGEUSD, addressed the heightened interest in the coin he created as a joke.

Markus was an engineer at IBM at the time he created Doge coin, along with the Adobe engineer Jackson Palmer. Marcus is now a software engineer at a Bay Area education company, he told Bloomberg on Wednesday.
