Third session of NGIC Riga Forum dedicated to Euro-Atlantic integration of Western Balkans

The third session of the Organizing Committee of the NGIC Nizami Ganjavi International Center X Global Baku Forum, held in Riga on March 9th, 2023, will be dedicated to the Euro-Atlantic integration of the Western Balkans as the EU's response to the parallel crises that will mark the coming year: security, economic, energy, health and food crises.

After the NATO ministerial meeting in Bucharest, Bosnia and Herzegovina BiH was discussed, special attention was paid to the next steps after the meeting with Latvian President Egils Levits.

On the occasion, Dr. Zlatko Lagumdzija highlighted the importance of the International Criminal Court ICC in The Hague as an essential factor in the prevention of any violations of international legal order and obligations arising in the event of aggression against sovereign countries as well as unconstitutional violations of their territorial integrity.

European peace is being defended in BiH through the defense of its sovereignty and integrity along with the integration into the EU and NATO, just as international law is being defended in Ukraine today.
