Nano Dimension Ltd's takeover bid rejected by SSYS

On March 22, the SSYS board unanimously rejected Nano Dimension Ltd's takeover offer for $18.00 per share in cash, according to Polymer 3 D printing solutions provider Stratasys.

Stratasys reported a fourth-quarter decline in FY 22 revenue of 4.6% year-over-year to $159.26 million in March, beating the consensus estimate of $157.58 million.

Price Action: SSYS shares traded higher by 3.36% at $15.08 at the last check Wednesday.
