Ally Biotech acquires brand Chill Pill

Ally Biotech has acquired the brand Chill Pill, a line of soft, soft gel caps and all of its assets, from Desert Medical Campus, in an all-cash transaction.

Jim Mackowiak, company president, said plans are underway to expand the Chill Pill line to include new products that are developed with highly bioavailable custom formulations. He said that consumers of cannabis are interested in rapid-onset products that are safe and consistent.
