Mike Pence hasn't ruled himself out of 2024 presidential bid

24.03.2023

Former U.S. Vice President Mike Pence hasn't ruled himself out as a 2024 presidential candidate, he told Maria Bartiromo on Mornings with Maria Friday.

With regard to me and my family, I tell you, we continue to give consideration to entering the national race, we are getting a lot of encouragement around the country, Pence said.

Pence's bid would make America's 45th VP a contender against his most recent boss, former President Donald Trump. In November, Trump announced that he would seek the Republican nomination in 2024 after losing his bid to re-elect Joe Biden in 2020.

The American people are ready for change, and they're ready to get back to the policies we've advanced in the Trump-Pence administration, the former vice president said. STUART VARNEY: 2024 I really do believe that the country is in a lot of trouble, and now more than ever, all of us need to reflect very deeply on what we can do individually and collectively to put America back on the right path, Pence said.
