Bos and Herzegovina Constitutional Court approves election law changes

The Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the amendments to the FBiH Constitution and changes to the BiH Election Law are in accordance with the Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina and Article 1 of Protocol No. 12 to the European Convention on the Protection of Human Rights and the Fundamental Freedoms, as well as articles of the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination and the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights.

The Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina has made a decision on the appeal by eljko Kom i, a member of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and efik D aferovi, regarding the constitutionality of amendments to the Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina and amendments to the Election Law of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which was imposed on October 2 last year by the High Representative in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Christian Schmidt

The decision will be published after the judges who announced their separate opinions submit their own opinions within 15 days, in accordance with Article 43 of the Rules of the Constitutional Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, it was stated on the website of the Constitutional Court.
