HK Express welcomes first A 321 neo aircraft

AndY CHONG CHINA DAILY Hong Kong's low-cost carrier HK Express welcomed its first A 321 neo airbus on Wednesday, as the company plans to expand its aircraft fleet after the full resumption of normal travel in the city.

The A 321 neo is the longest-fuselage member of the Airbus A 320 family, seating 236 passengers, six more than HK Express current A 321 ceo aircraft.

Chairman of HK Express Ronald Lam Siu-por said his company is expected to resume the number of flights to the pre-pandemic level by the end of March.

The A 321 neo will be operational on the Hong Kong-Bangkok route from April 2.
