Ukraine battles second massive Russian missile attack

29.05.2023

Kyiv fought off the second massive barrage in less than a hour in Ukraine's capital.

The second massive bombing in as many days, Kyiv's General Staff of the Armed Forces said it killed more than 37 cruise Russian missiles and 30 drones.

Russia fired the missiles from strategic bombers far beyond its border near the Caspian Sea, while the Iran-made drones were launched from the north and south. The attack, which followed a similar barrage early Sunday morning, targeted regions in Ukraine, including Odesa, Mykolayiv and Lviv.

Russia is trying to exhaust our air defences, said Sriy Popko, head of the Kyiv military administration. Vitali Klitschko, the mayor of Kyiv, thanked defenders and said there was no casualties or damage to the city. Ukraine said it also carried out air strikes on Russia's troops and weapons, including anti-aircraft systems and command posts.

None of Jazz's efforts on streaming are without a break in the record, but Vinyl sales give the genre hope.
