MG launches new Blackstorm version of Gloster SUV in India

MG Motors unveiled a new Blackstorm version of the Gloster SUV in India on Monday. The new special edition, available with 2 WD and 4 WD configurations in six and seven seats, comes with a few changes to the exterior and interior of the Gloster SUV.

The 2 WD 4 WD, New Gloster, and Internet Inside emblems are shown in metal Black and metal Ash colours on the car. This special edition of Gloster comes in black Hue colour.

The Advanced Gloster Blackstorm exterior boasts the roof rail, smoked black tail light, window surround, fender, and fog garnish. The gloss Blackstorm's exterior boasts a dark-colored interior, including red accents on the steering wheel, headlamps, callipers, and front and rear bumpers. The dark-themed leatherette seat is accented by red stitches.

The MG Motor s special edition SUV has 30 safety features, including Adaptive Cruise Control ACC Automatic Emergency Braking, AEB Automatic Parking Assist, Forward Collision Warning FWD Door Open Warning LDW Blind Spot Detection BSD Door Open Warning DoW Rear Cross Traffic Alert RCTAlane Change Assist LCA Driver Fatigue Reminder System.

The interior of the car is spacious and features include a panoramic electric sunroof, 12-way power-adjustable driver seat, driver seat massage and ventilation. The MG Gloster Blackstorm boasts an all-terrain system with seven gears, namely Snow Mud Sand Eco Sport Normal and Rock The Gloster Blackstorm, which is powered by the same BS 6 phase 2 - updated 2.0 litre diesel engine with turbo and twin-turbo options. The autonomous transmission on both engines is eight-speed. The twin-turbo version also has a 4WD configuration, which is a feature of the two powertrains.

The launch of the MG Gloster was announced by the MG Motor India Deputy Managing Director, Gaurav Gupta. Taking this legacy, a step further, the Advanced Gloster Blackstorm exudes even more confidence and determined sportiness. The ex-showroom prices of the Gloster Blackstorm edition are: Blackstorm six-seater 2 WD Rs. Blackstorm, Blackstorm seven-seater 2 WD Rs 40.30 lakh, Blackstorm six-seater 4 WD Rs 43.08 lakh, Blackstorm seven-seater 4 WD Rs 40.30 lakh. Rs. 43.08 lakh is the highest value for a property at Rs. 43.08.

The Advanced MG Gloster Blackstorm customers can benefit from the Advanced MG Gloster Auto Warranty program, which offers over 180 after-sales service options. The standard 3 3 3 package, which includes a warranty of three years with unlimited kilometres, three years of roadside assistance, and three labour-free periodic services, will also be available to customers, the company said in a statement.
