Former ICE Director Tom Homan criticizes Homeland Security secretary

Fox News contributor and former acting ICE Director Tom Homan called Department of Homeland Security Sec. Alejandro Mayorkas Secretary of Insecurity, criticizing Mayorkas' response to the migrant crisis at Varney Co. on Tuesday night.
